Delhi Villages — Khasra Maps & MPD-2047 Status

14 villages mapped so far, each checked against the notified MPD-2047 text: which zone it sits in, whether it is a Land Pooling village or a Low Density Area village under Annexure 17, and how many khasra parcels are on record. 8 fall under the Land Pooling Policy and 6 are Low Density Area.

Each page below covers one revenue village: its zone, its policy classification under MPD-2047 (Land Pooling Policy or Low Density Area, per Annexure 17), khasra parcels on record, and — where the village sits on the corridor — its Katra Expressway acquisition status. Classification is read from the notified Master Plan text and DDA's own zone sector maps, not from a GIS convenience layer; the methodology is explained on each page.

How these are classified

Land Pooling or Low Density Area is read directly from MPD-2047's Annexure 17 (the list of Low Density Area villages) and clause 4.1.1 (where the Land Pooling Policy applies), not from a map layer. Zone is taken from DDA's own village-boundary map and zone sector sheets — each village belongs to exactly one zone. Khasra counts are from the site's digitised land atlas. None of this is a substitute for a parcel-level check against revenue records.
