Draft information

Everything on this map is draft, indicative information, compiled from what DDA has made public on its GIS mapping portal (gis.dda.org.in) and from other public sources such as the Geospatial Delhi Limited (GSDL) revenue map and the Katra Expressway notification. Zone lines, land-pooling and low-density areas, sectors and roads are DDA’s planning lines, not demarcations. They may be incomplete, out of date or changed by DDA at any time, and khasra outlines can be off by several metres. Use this map for orientation only, and confirm anything that matters with DDA, the Revenue Department (Tehsil) and a qualified advocate.

The notified Plan behind this map

The zones, land-pooling areas and low-density belt drawn here come from the Master Plan for Delhi 2047, notified on 20 August 2026 vide Gazette S.O. 4597(E). You can download the full MPD-2047 PDF — all 1,144 pages, with a chapter-by-chapter index and every annexure — to read the clauses that govern any plot you find on this map.

How to use this map

Pick your village, type the khasra number and press Find. Red plots are named in the acquisition notification for the Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway. Yellow outlines are every other khasra in the village, and the white lines in Ladpur and Madan Pur Dabas are the rectangle (murabba) boundaries. Blue bands are DDA’s planned land-pooling roads, and dashed violet lines are the land-pooling sectors. Tap any plot to see its details. To share a plot, use a link such as /maps/#village=kanjhawala&k=92//13.

To look beyond these villages, tick a DDA zone in the Layers panel. At city scale you see the zone boundary and its land-pooling (orange) and low-density (green) areas; zoom in and every khasra appears, coloured the same way. You can also pick any village of the six zones in the village list and search its khasras. To open a zone directly, use a link such as /maps/#zone=L.

Notified khasras by village

The notification lists 456 khasra entries totalling 91.17 hectares (225.3 acres) across seven revenue villages of the Kanjhawala area. 407 of them — 79.83 ha, or 88% of the notified area — are drawn on the map, as 428 plot outlines because a few entries cover several parcels.

DDA land-pooling zones J, K-I, L, N, P-I and P-II

Delhi’s land pooling policy applies to villages in six of DDA’s planning zones. The map shows each zone’s boundary from DDA’s MPD-2047 zone layer and 233,814 khasras inside them, plus 30,883 more in the same villages just outside the zones (264,697 in all), each coloured by the policy area it falls in on DDA’s GIS layers. Counts are plots on the digitised revenue map, not DDA’s official figures.

Zone J is mostly low density area (the farmhouse belt around Chhatarpur, Asola and Mehrauli), with land pooling only near Neb Sarai. Zones K-I, N, P-I and P-II are mainly land pooling; Zone L has both. DDA has published a sector plan for Zones L, N, P-I and P-II, and an indicative road network for all six zones; a sector plan for J and K-I is not yet published. See our low density area guide for the LDA rules.

DDA road network and land-pooling sectors

The blue layer is DDA’s planned road network. In the land-pooling zones N, P-I, P-II, K-I and L each road is drawn from DDA’s road centre-lines at its stated right of way (24 to 100 m), so tapping a road shows its width; the thin dashed outline in Zones N, P-I and P-II is DDA’s own Road Network Plan in Land Pooling Areas corridor (about 24.9 km²) as published on the DDA GIS portal. For Zone J it comes from DDA’s Master Plan road centre-lines (55 proposed and 23 existing roads, shown grey). We draw each centre-line at its stated right of way, which gives about 13.2 km² of planned corridor in Zone L, 5.6 km² in Zone J and 3.4 km² in Zone K-I; the bands are approximate at junctions. The dashed violet lines are the 125 land-pooling sectors across these zones: 41 in Zone L, 41 in Zone N, 19 in P-I and 24 in P-II.

Tap a khasra and the popup shows its land-pooling sector and roughly what share of the plot lies inside the planned road corridor. DDA labels this plan indicative and tentative: alignments can change, and it is not a demarcation of any road on the ground. See our land pooling guide for how land pooling works under MPD-2047.

Notified but not mapped

These 49 entries (11.34 ha) are in the notification but the revenue GIS has no digitised polygon for them — mainly rectangles 92 and 93 of Kanjhawala, which are missing from the published layer. If your khasra is here, the map cannot show it; the notification still applies.

What this map is — and is not

  • It is a reference view for orientation. Plot outlines come from the digitised revenue map and can be off by several metres from the ground.
  • A khasra marked “Min” is only partly notified. The whole plot is outlined because the notification gives no sub-plot boundary.
  • It does not show ownership, and it is not a substitute for the notification itself, the award, or a demarcation by the Revenue Department.
  • Before any decision, verify with the Land Acquisition Collector, the Tehsil and a qualified advocate.

Sources & method

Notified list: the Section 3A notification under the National Highways Act, 1956 (English schedule), parsed in full with every serial number accounted for. Plot geometry: Geospatial Delhi Limited Revenue GeoPortal (layer Massavi_Khasra140919), the Revenue Department’s digitised mussavi, joined on GSDL’s parcel reference. Rectangles: murabba polygons read from DDA’s georeferenced land-pooling sector maps (Zone N sectors 29 and 32). Zones and policy areas: DDA GIS portal (gis.dda.org.in), layers MASTER_PLAN_OF_DELHI_2047 / ZONE_BOUNDARY, LAND POOLING AREA and LOW DENSITY AREA; each khasra is placed in a zone and policy area by our own overlay, and the shaded areas are built from those khasras. Khasras in the six zones: GSDL Revenue GeoPortal (Massavi_Khasra140919). Road network and sectors: DDA GIS portal, Land Pooling atlas, layers Road Network Plan in Land Pooling Areas (Tentative) and LP_Sectors_N_PI_PII, reproduced without reprojection; the road share shown for each khasra is our own overlay of the two layers. Roads in Zones J, K-I and L: DDA GIS portal, layers LP_ZONES_ROADS_CL (Zones K-I and L) and MPD41_ROADS_CL (Zone J), drawn at each road’s stated right of way. Layers last checked .

Frequently asked questions

Is my khasra notified for the Katra Expressway?

Search your village and khasra on the map. Red plots are named in the Section 3A notification. If your number is in the “not mapped” list above, it is notified even though it cannot be drawn. Always confirm against the notification and the revenue record.

What does “Min” mean next to a khasra number?

It means only part of that khasra is being acquired. The notification gives the area but not the exact portion, so the map outlines the whole plot.

Does this map show who owns the land?

No. It shows plot outlines and notification status only. Ownership is in the revenue record (khatauni) held by the Tehsil.

Which villages are covered?

Every village with land in DDA zones J, K-I, L, N, P-I and P-II — 178 villages in all, 264,697 khasras — plus land-pooling and low-density villages just outside those zones, such as Bijwasan, Karawal Nagar and Mandoli. For the Katra Expressway there are notified khasras in Nizampur Rashidpur, Jaunti, Kanjhawala, Rani Khera, Garhi Randhala, Sawda and Ladpur, and rectangle boundaries for Ladpur and Madan Pur Dabas.

Is my khasra in a land pooling zone?

Tick the zone, pick your village and search the khasra. The popup shows whether DDA’s GIS layers place the plot in the land pooling area, the low density area, both or neither, and for Zones N, P-I and P-II its sector and any overlap with the planned roads. This is draft information: confirm it with DDA before relying on it.

Why is the map called draft?

It is compiled from DDA’s published GIS layers and the digitised revenue map, not from a DDA or Revenue Department certificate. DDA can revise zone, policy and road lines, and revenue outlines can be off by several metres. Treat it as a guide to where to look, not as proof.

Will a planned road take part of my land?

If your khasra overlaps the blue corridor, the popup shows roughly what share of the plot lies in it. This now works in Zones J, K-I and L as well as N, P-I and P-II. The plan is indicative, so treat it as an early signal, not a final alignment, and confirm with DDA before relying on it.

Which of these villages fall in land-pooling sectors?

On DDA’s sector layer, Ladpur, Kanjhawala, Madan Pur Dabas, Rani Khera and Sawda fall mainly in Zone N sectors (see the table above). Garhi Randhala, Jaunti and Nizampur Rashidpur are largely outside the published sectors. See our land pooling policy guide for the zones, the 20-hectare rule and the 60:40 land share under MPD-2047.
