What this website is

This website publishes plain-language explanations of the Master Plan for Delhi 2047 and related planning frameworks, and describes the land advisory services offered by DelhiMasterPlan2047.com.

What this website is not

It is not legal advice. We are planning and land advisers, not advocates. Nothing here creates a solicitor–client relationship. Title, encumbrance and conveyancing questions require an advocate whose duty runs to you alone.

It is not an offer to sell land. We do not own, list, market or sell land. We are not brokers and take no commission from any seller, developer or intermediary.

It is not a real estate agent listing. We are not a promoter or a real estate agent within the meaning of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and nothing here is an advertisement for any real estate project.

It is not an investment recommendation. We do not tell you that land will appreciate. Anyone who guarantees you a return on Delhi land is telling you something they cannot know.

It is not a substitute for parcel-level verification. Every statement here is general. Whether it applies to a specific parcel depends on that parcel's records, location, access, overlays and litigation history, all of which must be checked individually.

Accuracy, and the limits of it

MPD-2047 was notified on 20 August 2026. Implementing regulations, clarifications and judicial interpretation will follow, and some of what is written here will be overtaken by them. We date every page and revise as the position changes, but we cannot guarantee that any page reflects the position as at the moment you read it.

Where we distinguish between what the Plan says, what we infer, and what remains unsettled, that distinction is deliberate. Please respect it.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

The text, checklists, diagrams, maps and decision trees on this site are our original work and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957. Government material — plan text, gazette notifications, official maps — belongs to its respective authority and is reproduced or linked under the terms applicable to it.

You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce a guide in substance.

Liability

To the maximum extent Indian law permits, DelhiMasterPlan2047.com is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website. That is what “general information” means: it has not been checked against your parcel.

This limitation does not apply to, and we do not attempt to exclude, liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where you engage us for advisory services, our liability is governed by the engagement letter for that work, not by this clause.

We link to DDA, Gazette and other government sources so that you can verify what we have written. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted, with the date updated above.
