If you are not satisfied

For data protection matters: the Data Protection Board of India, once you have first raised the matter with us. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires that you approach the Data Fiduciary before the Board.

For consumer matters: the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer commission having jurisdiction.

For matters concerning land, title or a transaction: the appropriate civil court, the relevant authority, or your advocate. We will not stand in the way of any of these, and we will provide our records of the engagement on request.

Our commitment

We will not retaliate against anyone who raises a grievance in good faith. We will not require you to withdraw a complaint as a condition of anything. We will not condition the resolution of a complaint on a confidentiality undertaking.
